Lose yourself amid the narrow alleys filled with stalls selling spices, leather goods, textiles, and handcrafted treasures. Negotiating prices is part of the experience, so don’t be shy to haggle – it’s all part of the fun! Be sure to visit Souk Semmarine for leather goods and Souk El Attarine for spices and perfumes. Be warned you will be hassled, but enjoy the experience, in general people are friendly, just less aware of personal space.

Be careful of people trying to put animals on you in the main square, or get photos, they will chase you for money if you go ahead.

Day Trip to the Atlas Mountains or Surfing Beaches

For an unforgettable day trip from Marrakech, consider venturing into the Atlas Mountains or towards the coastal surfing beaches.
